We can support you, even if you live on the other side of the globe.
Our whole team works remotely.

Do you offer support or maintenance on demand?

We provide on-going support for many of our clients.
We support all major platform available,from the installation,
to the updates and the backup and restoration.

We also support websites developed by third parties.

How can I order web design for my website?

How long will it take to get my new website?

On average, we shoot for a six to eight week turnaround,
but the pace of any project is set by each client.

How much input you can provide during the initial stages,
your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready;
all this affects the speed of completion.
The functionality needs may also play a role;
more complex sites will take more time to develop.

How much does a website cost?

There’s not one single answer to this question.
A website design is quoted based on the needs of each project.
Every website is unique and requires different components;
we design and develop custom websites specifically for your business.

We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs,
and give you a quote based on that assessment.
Most of our sites run in the €1,000 – €3,000 range,
but can be more or less depending on needs.

How much input do i have in the process?

We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes,
your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.
And you'll be able to see our work in real time!

I own an older website. Can you improve it?

Of course!
We will re-design your website, on a modern platform,
so your visitors will get best experience.

I started a project but I changed my mind. What about this case?

In this case, you get the project unfinished,
and you only pay for the work that has already been done.
You'll get your full backup,up to that day.
In such case, no refund is provided.

What platform do you use for your web creations?

Almost every kind of platform!
We specialize in Joomla! and WordPress,
but we also use Drupal, Prestashop, Woocommerce,
Magento, Virtuemart or OpenCart for our e-shops.

When do i pay for my website?

For most projects, equal payments are made at the start, midway,
and the end of the project, but we can work with you to set up a schedule that meets your needs.
We understand that this is a big investment,
and want to help you budget for the expense,
in whatever way possible.
